the preparations begin

This is an awkward first little blurb, just to try to get myself into the habit of blogging before I leave! I'll be heading to Melbourne on July 6 for a semester abroad, studying at the University of Melbourne. I'll try to be a good blogger, but my history with blogs and journals is pretty patchy; this might end up as a photo blog for the most part. Either way, I'm getting very excited and anxious to prepare for my study abroad. Most of my forms and information have been submitted, and I'm starting to think about packing--what I want to bring, what I need to bring, what I'm going to put everything in.
